Job Description

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, you will mainly be responsible for
assisting the inspection sales team in ensuring customer service and administrative tasks
related to deficiencies repairs. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate the service and inspection projects and contracts;
  • Provide administrative or technical support to technicians;
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate visits to customers;
  • Set up service agreements on Mozaik;
  • Order the material required by technicians;
  • Prepare the schedule for technicians;
  • Monitor and follow up with material receptions for their projects;
  • Coordinate the repair schedule;
  • Communicate with customer about the status of the projects;
  • Review completion of the projects and profitability;
  • Manage timesheets;
  • May assist with deficiency quote follow-ups and part only sales processing.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a construction or fire protection company (an asset);
  • Very good knowledge of Windows software;
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
