**What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for a problem-solving, skilled hand who’s able to run the tools and ensure the job site is running smoothly in the process to join our team as a Journeyman/woman **Carpenter.**

**Who You Are**:

- You have a proven track record with different trades and understand the basics of construction
- You are able to assign tasks to other colleagues and subtrades in efforts to keep jobs running smoothly
- You are able to work alone or on a team on site with the ability to understand scopes and ensure things are progressing smoothly and safely
- You’re able to seek solutions to problems that arise and work closely with Construction Managers and Project Managers when required
- You’re proud to showcase your talents and coach others who see your skills as admirable
- You can balance multiple members and subtrades on site, as an extension of Benchwood Builders Inc.
- You’re a team player and look to grow within a fast-moving company
- You own your own basic power tools
- You own your own vehicle and possess a clean driver’s abstract.

Bonus Points if you:

- Have Certificate of Qualifications (Red Seal)
- Have skillsets in many types of trades
- Have experience running sites or team management
