Experienced Bookkeeper

- Experience with accounts payable.
- Experience in processing payroll: hourly - shift work (average agreement) and salary
- Experience with processing quarterly GST filings
- Experience in audits
- Experience working with multi-currencies accounts (USD / Canadian).
- Experience with full cycle bookkeeping
- Experience with bookkeeping in a plant environment.
- Experience with WCB filings
- Experience with T4 processing / filing
- Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Minimum 3 years experience with QuickBooks online
- Minimum 5 years experience with administration
- Organization, professional, passionate, outgoing, enjoys working as a team.
- Three references must be provided.
- Position - full-time, permanent
- Bookkeeping: 10 years experience (required)
- Position is 50% bookkeeping functions / 50% administration.
- Position is in office - no remote work.
- Salary range $30 to $35 /hr. based on experience

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
