**Qualifications**:
High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

**Position Summary**:
Under general supervision, procures, receives, and issues materials, supplies, equipment and tools. Ensures delivery to job site or area. Records pertinent information in computerized inventory and financial systems. May perform expediting duties in a specialty area such as custodial/housekeeping or one or more building maintenance trades.

**Other requirements**:

- Knowledge of Company accounting procedures involving procurement, travel, and/or employment.
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
- Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

**Nature of Work**
- Ensures that all materials, supplies, and equipment received for department or project are processed and distributed in a timely manner.
- Inspects shipments and records damages or defects; notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel of same.
- Oversees the maintenance of parts and equipment on hand; initiates paperwork to purchase additional quantities when necessary.
- Receives incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
- Prepares purchasing and accounting paperwork such as small purchase orders and requisitions; reconciles invoices with purchase orders in preparation for payment processing.
- Corresponds with suppliers for quotations; maintains contact with vendors regarding current status of purchase orders.
- Moves materials, supplies, and equipment from receiving locations to job sites by carrying, pushing, rolling, or using hand trucks.
- Assures all Purchase orders are on time, by confirming with supplier and shipping company. Any delays, Pinacle’s client must be notifies and Sales order updated with reflecting date
- Confirm Daily orders are complete and ready for shipping
- Booking freight for incoming and outgoing shipments - this includes negotiating prices
- Track overseas containers and schedule with warehouse
- Inform warehouse of all Purchase orders needing to be picked up
- Must be able to use fright companies’ websites
- Arrange Pinacle return’s (RMA)
- Must be able to communicate with Pinacle Sales rep and clients should an order be late
- Track lost/late orders
- Responsible for “expediting” all orders and maintaining customer satisfaction
- To communicate with warehouse and sales should orders fail to be delivered.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

**Work Environment / Physical Effort**
- Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds.
- Work environment involves mínimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
