Muskoka Cabinet Company is hiring a Full-time Cabinet Assembler who will be responsible for assembling cabinetry for builder track housing, high-rise and/or retail projects.

**The Role**
- $20 base salary, after probation period you would fit in a pay grid and your salary will be adjusted accordingly up to $28/hour.
- Full health benefit program after successful completion of the 6 months probationary period.
- Paid sick days available after a 6-month probation period.
- Profit Sharing Program available after successful completion of 3 months full time.
- Full Time in person work on site in Alfred, ON.
- On-site training for this position.
- Start date - ASAP.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Assemble and stage custom kitchen cabinets.
- To assemble kitchen cupboards, doors, drawers, panels, and hardware
- Maintain shop equipment and workspace.
- Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:

- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a cabinet shop.
- Solid knowledge of woodworking machinery such as table saw, drills & hand tools.
- Ability to lift up-to 23kg (50lbs).
- Team player and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
