We are therefore looking for a Spa Supervisor with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

Duties and responsibilities:
Among other things, your responsibility will include:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Certification by a recognized, and preferably accredited, esthetics training centre.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
