Our** Lacombe Food Store** is looking for two casual **Clerk Cashiers **to join our team.
**Casual**: less than 24 hours/week.
**Availability requirements**: Weekdays & Weekends: Mornings (8:00am start) afternoons, and evenings (up to 9:00 PM).
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and respond to customer questions,
- Accurately process sale transactions,
- Bag and assist with carrying out purchases,
- Display merchandise,
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment,
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills,
- Attention to detail and quality,
- Exceptional customer service skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
- Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
