Position description

The Douglas Mental Health University Institute is part of the Montréal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Centre, whose mission is to offer cutting-edge care and advance and share knowledge in mental health. Job Duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Must hold an MD and hold or be eligible for licensure as a psychiatrist in the province of Quebec.
- Must have completed advanced Psychiatry training (fellowship/graduate studies).
- Advanced capacity to engage in all aspects of a university-affiliated psychiatry department (clinical, education and/or research).
- Bilingual language competencies (French and English).

Assets:

- Clinician-scientists with MD/PhD (or equivalent research-intensive training) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Interest/experience in administration/medical leadership.
- Strong clinical/academic background.
