**Job Description**:

As the **Product Manager**, reporting to the Director, Design & Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing NRB’s product portfolio. You will understand our client’s needs, research the market, and work with our internal Design & Engineering team, Sales, Project Execution, and Manufacturing to define a vision for our products and develop a strategy for existing and new product lines. The Product Manager will look after products life cycle and ensure product portfolio meets the company goals, while exceeding our client’s expectations.

**Your work will include**:

- Build NRB’s portfolio of modular products and be accountable for product goals and objectives
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Educate the Sales team on advancements to our products so they can effectively sell to prospective clients.
- Work with Business Development and Sales to develop strategic, marketing and overall business strategy
- Participate in the evaluation of potential design solutions for feasibility and constructability
- Initiate new product development projects based on the market needs
- Present and prioritize product features to meet clients’ requirements
- Develop business and rational strategy for new product investments
- Create, lead, maintain product roadmaps and risk control
- Manage and oversee product lifecycle
- Document and maintain product definitions
- Monitor product performance and user experience
- Participate in quality improvements of our products.
- Drive continuous improvement to effectiveness, predictability, quality and risk reduction

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Successful completion of post-secondary education from an accredited university or college in a Bachelor of Engineering, Architecture, and/or a college diploma in Construction Technology or Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
- Experience in modular/prefab design is an asset.
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategy
- Knowledge of product development stages
- Proven experience with planning, project management and financial concepts
