Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) support Kognitiv’s outbound sales and marketing teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive research of a dynamic base of Enterprise and Mid-Enterprise customers. As the first line of communication with prospects, SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting Kognitiv up for success. This role is ideal for quick learners with strong communication skills who have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way, and for those seeking an opportunity to fast-track their sales career within the booming HCM and FIN tech market.

**Responsibilities**
- Articulate the Company’s value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.
- Build rapport with contacts by offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process.
- Facilitate key marketing campaigns and nurture early-stage sales opportunities.
- Work with Kognitiv’s partners network to facilitate the client introduction process.
- Partner with Enterprise and Mid-Enterprise market sellers to identify and source net new pipelines and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
- Gather key information to update the Salesforce CRM system and develop a follow-up strategy
- Keep Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads updated and current.
- Follow approved practices for outreach to prospective customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, outbound marketing or technology field, preferably within the SaaS or Professional Services industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant training in sales and marketing.
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Impeccable customer focus and commitment to client satisfaction; proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and position yourself as a trusted leader.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
- Ability to effectively multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
