First line HR support for the Deluxe organization where you will receive and respond to HR inquiries and requests from internal customers including employees, managers, HRBPs, and retirees.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Log calls and cases in our ticketing system, creating detailed and succinct case notes and documentation. Own cases all the way through to resolution, consulting other areas of SMEs as needed
- Escalate issues to other areas of HR as appropriate
- Work on assigned tasks and audits daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly
- Provide project support to the HR team as needed
- Provide administrative support to HR
- Facilitate new employee orientation at hub locations and virtually
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Associate’s in Finance or Business
Experience: 1 year of experience working in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
