Canada Maintenance is hiring. We’re looking for a detail oriented, independent worker to take on the role of the Account Representative. This is an in-office position.

Your tasks are:
**Tasks**:

- Maintain the Accounts Receivables
- Ensure Employee pay is ready for accountant
- Ensure Subcontractor Pay is processed and ready in the bank
- Ensure that the bookkeeping is correct and up to date
- Ensure that office and job supplies are kept filled
- Ensure that deposits are recorded accurately
- Communicate with CRA as needed
- Ensure business records are correct and accurate
- Write cheques
- Communicate with clients
- Communicate with our accountant
- Conduct the year end with the accountant and owner
- General phone calls, including calls to clients and receiving calls
- Liaise with the Site Supervisor to ensure that jobs are received well
- Work with the General Manager and Office Administrator
- Prepare Quotes as needed

Experience and Qualifications

Must be comfortable using computers

Experience with Google Suite of office software

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with bookkeeping an asset

One year’s experience in an office environment an asset

Bilingualism an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Vanier, ON K1L 6P3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vanier, ON K1L 6P3: Relocate before starting work (required)
