**Job Description**:

- Gathering information by observing workflows, reading company reports and conducting employee interviews
- Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
- Work with managers and employees to implement changes and process improvement
- Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
- Determine the effectiveness of new processes
- Lead analyst for FSI system and other DOD management systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Will typically possess a relevant educational background in Finance, or Operations, Accounting or Business.
- Technologically strong - must manage several systems for DOD.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.
- Strong analytical, detail oriented and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Displays ethics and integrity in his/her work; accountable and dependable.
- A creative and innovative thinker.
