**Administrator Complaints and Discipline (Bilingual)**

**Position Description**

Join a dynamic team dedicated to public protection and the promotion of ethical and professional practice. The College is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Complaints and Discipline Department. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Complaints and Discipline providing administrative support to the Department.

The position will primarily work remotely in a hybrid model based on position responsibilities, coming into the office as required.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communications With Stakeholders_
- providing general procedural information and guidance.
- Complaints_
- Updating information into Pivotal (or other identified databases) with respect to identified metrics, both before and after Committee meetings;
- Assembling and finalizing Committee agendas, reports and uploading Committee package to portal
- Scheduling oral caution meetings and sending materials to stakeholders involved
- Attending at Complaints Committee meetings to carry out prescribed administrative tasks i.e. taking minutes
- Mailing of Committee decision letters
- Liaise with legal counsel to provide case report materials and other information as required
- Reports_
- Updating information into Pivotal (or other identified databases) with respect to identified metrics, both before and after Committee meetings.

- File Maintenance_
- Maintenance of files in C&D drive, updating templates as necessary and as directed
- Preparing/retrieving files stored off-site storage as directed

Departmental Functions
- Leveraging technology to assist in the tracking departmental metrics
- Ordering and managing departmental supplies as may be required
- Liaising with other departments to provide registrant status checks
- Other_
- Performing other administrative tasks as may be required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or Legal Administrator or Equivalent
- 3—5 years relevant experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated oral and written proficiency in English
- Well-developed time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Advanced computer skills in Adobe, Microsoft 365, Excel
- Confidence in leveraging technology to accomplish departmental tasks
- Experience in the collection and preliminary analysis of statistical information
- Experience communicating with the public.
- Experience working in a regulatory environment is considered a strong asset.
- Written and verbal French an asset.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Target hiring salary range is between **$58,000 and 70,000** annually
- The College office is located in downtown Toronto **(close to parking and the subway)**
