L’Association canadienne-française de l’Ontario, Conseil régional des Mille-Îles (ACFOMI) souhaite fournir à un.e étudiant.e d’été la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle de qualité dans un milieu francophone. L’ACFOMI est à la recherche d’une personne pour offrir de l’information et du soutien à la clientèle utilisant ses services. Cette opportunité permettra à cette personne de développer des compétences transposables au marché du travail et une meilleure connaissance des attentes du marché du travail, tout en répondant aux besoins de l’ACFOMI dans sa livraison de services aux chercheurs d’emploi et aux personnes immigrantes. La personne choisie travaillera dans un environnement de bureau entièrement francophone en milieu minoritaire. Son travail aura un grand impact sur l’organisation.

Description de tâches et responsabilités

La personne sera chargée de:

- Accueillir les clients dans le centre de ressources et offrir du soutien technique au besoin
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, prendre et acheminer les messages, transférer des appels
- Tenir, mettre à jour et distribuer l’information sur les ressources communautaires disponibles pour soutenir les clients
- Effectuer la recherche de statistiques et documentation pertinentes sur différents thèmes liés à l’emploi
- Effectuer la recherche hebdomadaire sur les postes offerts et mettre à jour le babillard d’emploi
- Soutenir tous les programmes dans leurs tâches cléricales
- Préparer des trousses de bienvenue
- Participer à l’organisation et la préparation du matériel et des outils promotionnels des services, pour divers événements
- Aider à l’affichage promotionnel sur les différentes plateformes de médias sociaux
- Interagir et répondre aux questions des utilisateurs sur les réseaux sociaux
- Représenter l’ACFOMI lors de foires et d’événements
- Effectuer toute autre tâche cléricale connexe jugée utile ou nécessaire

La personne recherchée:

- A de bonnes compétences de communication orale et écrite
- Est bilingue (français et anglais, écrit et parlé)
- A un grand sens des responsabilités et est ponctuelle
- Fait preuve d’autonomie et d’initiative et a une attention soutenue aux détails
- A une bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, courriel et Internet
