We have a great career opportunity for a motivated Community Educator who is looking for a role where they can make a direct impact on the day-to-day operations, and is interested in joining a growing company, this may be the right opportunity for you Community Educator presents the organization in the community with our referring physicians, industry associations, and allied health care organizations. This involves establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

**Position Description**:

- Promotes MedSleep’s services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's services and/or products.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicates customer feedback to internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, and Management.
- Responsible for reporting and responding to complaints.
- Works closely with other Territory leaders across Canada to support regional business opportunities and evaluations.
- Coordinate and conduct sales presentations including service and product demonstrations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous field experience in a related healthcare industry is an asset
- Some clinical knowledge of healthcare services in the Victoria market.
- Strong presentation skills and a strong oral and written communicator in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills.
- Perseverance, determination, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel is required.
- Should have access to a Vehicle.
- Must live in Victoria.
