The **Vice President of Sales **works closely with senior management to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. As a member of our senior management team, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and managing of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, negotiation and client onboarding
- Drive the development of domestic and international sales strategies
- Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Define new or emerging market requirements and operational costs
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations and advertising
- Develop social media content, conduct market research, and enhance website design and content in support of a positive brand image
- Develop pricing policies and strategies as well as terms and conditions for new clients
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure effective project management, cross team communications and workflow

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent
- Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset
- Minimum of five years’ sales experience in similar environment (i.e. Credit / Collections) is preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions
- Proven experience in writing successful RFPs
- Working experience in Salesforce
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and competitor analysis
- Collection industry (ARM) experience preferred

**Salary**: From $1.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Salesforce: 5 years (preferred)
- Executive Leadership: 10 years (preferred)
