We provide Microsoft digital experience monitoring (DEM) solutions that monitor the performance of cloud collaboration and productivity tools to give enterprises insight into the user experience. Our products include unified communications (UC) performance analytics software, Microsoft 365 user experience monitoring software, and IT analytics software.

The VP Product Management ensures that Martello as a whole is building, shipping and supporting the right products. The VP PM acts as an honest broker at the executive level to represent product/market/company success. The VP PM acts as an executive-level influencer and coordinator. The VP PM shapes what work gets done, rather than making individual product decisions. The VP PM sweats the business’ overall success. The VP PM determines what are the key segments and are these key segments missing or being outflanked by new competitors, and is the company stuck in an old business model. The VP PM determines the important (cross-product) decisions that will drive longer-term revenue.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages a small team to spot inconsistencies among goals, schedules, and incentives.
- Ensures that targeted sales meet current product,
- Facilitates executive-level conflicts identified by the PM team.
- Provides real-world customer input and the urgency of current-quarter sales quotas.
- Builds scalable and resilient Product Management best practices.
- Leads, defines, represents, and communicates product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals.
- Assesses product development and enhancement opportunities.
- Oversees competitive research and technology assessments.
- Owns the product roadmap.
- Supports sales by defining pricing and competitive positioning and connecting with clients as required.
- Acts as a key evangelist serving as public face of product with; the press; market analysts; strategic partners; and other industry leaders.
- Identifies and engages with all product stakeholders as a key collaborative entity within Martello.

**Requirements**:
An undergraduate degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

At least 10 years of experience in product management including a minimum of five years in a management role.
- Excellent written communication skills including architecture diagrams, data flows, and system component diagrams.
- Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Methodologies (e.g. Lean UX, Lean Canvas)
