AMK Global Group recherche un(e) agent(e) de support à la clientèle bilingue (français et anglais) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans notre bureau de Mississauga. Ce rôle combine des responsabilités de support client avec des tâches administratives et un soutien aux ventes. Nous accueillons les étudiants qui cherchent à acquérir une expérience professionnelle précieuse dans un environnement professionnel.
**Responsabilités**:
- Accueillir les visiteurs de manière professionnelle et conviviale
- Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels entrants en français et en anglais
- Fournir des informations de base sur notre entreprise et nos services aux clients et visiteurs
- Maintenir une zone de réception propre et accueillante
- Gérer le courrier et les livraisons entrants et sortants
- Planifier les rendez-vous et tenir à jour les calendriers des membres de l'équipe de vente
- Effectuer des appels de vente sortants auprès de clients potentiels pour générer des leads
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les informations clients dans le système CRM de l'entreprise
- Coordonner avec d'autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes des clients
- Coordonner les réservations de salles de réunion et assurer une configuration adéquate
- Effectuer des tâches administratives générales telles que le classement, la photocopie et la numérisation
**Exigences**:
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fortes capacités d'organisation et de multitâche
- Mentalité orientée vers le service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; les étudiants actuels sont les bienvenus
**Qualifications préférées**:
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle de réceptionniste ou administratif (un atout mais pas obligatoire)
- Familiarité avec les logiciels CRM
- Compréhension de base des processus et de la terminologie de vente
