**At TC Transcontinental, we’ve got it made, and that's because of the expertise of our team.** Reporting to the Director, Monetization & Marketing, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of creative content and marketing plans to effectively promote TC Transcontinental Retail & Print's products. This position will focus primarily on our newest product, raddar, for both its print and digital deployment, and may include support for other strategic initiatives in the Retail and Print Services segment. On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to work as a project leader with different functional teams or as an individual contributor.**What you will do**
- Work with the Director of Marketing and Monetization to develop and implement BTB and BTC strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for raddar.
- Develop and coordinate presentations and marketing tools.
- Lead content strategy and social media management (Facebook and Instagram).
- Meet with creative departments to ensure consistent execution of content.
- Conduct analysis to maximise campaign effectiveness and reach, while reporting monthly on all activities, campaign progress, response and engagement rates, and ROI.
- Develop marketing campaigns at trade shows, webinars, conferences, etc.
- Collaborate with industry associations and publications to position TC Transcontinental as a thought leader.
- Support prospecting efforts through communications, campaigns, and contact development.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or any combination of relevant studies and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant professional experience
- raddar is deployed on a print and digital platform, so a thorough knowledge of the marketing media mix is a must.
- Experience in managing content strategies for social platforms (FB, Instagram, and LinkedIn) with more than 2 years' agency or in-house experience in social media management.
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and/or B2B (Business to Business) marketing.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including relationship marketing, social networks, competitions and like, and the ability to analyse performance indicators such as CPM, CPC, ROI, CTR, etc.
- Bilingualism in French and English required and the ability to strategize and create fluently in both languages.
