**Building Maintenence Worker - CSJ, Youth Opportunities Unlimited**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with repairs and ongoing maintenance on YOU sites
- Communicating with vendors, repairpersons, etc., including meeting on site and directing to location of repair work
- Providing support in room turnovers of units, including completing walk-through check lists, completing repairs, cleaning, junk removal, etc
- Assist with maintenance of the landscaping and external site appearance, including graffiti removal, H&S walkthroughs, etc.
- Administration work related to maintenance and building systems

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with tools and maintenance equipment
- Past commercial maintenance experience
- Organizational and communication skills both orally and written
- Ability to prioritize competing issues and concerns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N6A 3C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
