Sous la responsabilité du directeur principal - Expérience partenaires et soutien à la VPE, le titulaire de ce poste planifie, organise, coordonne et contrôle l’ensemble des activités de l’équipe communication et contrats au niveau national. Il est responsable du développement et de l’élaboration des stratégies de communication et d’événements affaires pour toute la VPE AISF.

Le titulaire de ce poste est également responsable de la coordination des activités de rédaction de contrats en assurance-vie et en services financiers

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Déterminer les orientations stratégiques et tactiques pour tous les dossiers de communication et d’événements affaires de même que les échéanciers, de concert avec les intervenants des différents secteurs de la VPE AISF et autres parties prenantes au besoin.- Élaborer, planifier et déployer des stratégies de communication et de diffusion à l’ensemble des équipes de distribution, des partenaires d’affaires et clients, aussi bien par des moyens traditionnels que par l’entremise des nouvelles approches et ce, pour tout ce qui a un impact sur les secteurs d’affaires de la VPE. Ceci inclut notamment les différents lancements de produits ou services et tout ce qui touche à la conduite des affaires.- Appuyer la vice-présidente exécutive, et son équipe de gestion, dans la planification d’événements internes. Ceci inclut notamment l’élaboration, la planification et le déploiement des stratégies de communication et de diffusion, l’aide à l’élaboration du contenu et des présentations.- Effectuer la gestion des projets qui lui sont confiés. Plus particulièrement, superviser ou coordonner l’ensemble des activités de communications et des événements tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe en s’assurant du respect des échéanciers, de la qualité du travail, de la saine gestion des budgets et de la présentation de l’avancement des travaux aux différents intervenants concernés.- Superviser et coordonner l’ensemble des activités de rédaction de contrats cadres, en s’assurant du respect des échéanciers, de la qualité du travail, de la conformité avec les instances gouvernementales, de la saine gestion des budgets et de la présentation de l’avancement des travaux aux différents intervenants concernés.- Gérer l’équipe sous sa responsabilité : planifier, organiser, contrôler et diriger le travail des employés, participer au processus de recrutement, aux revues de performance, à la gestion des situations conflictuelles, etc.- En collaboration avec la vice-présidence Distribution, superviser la gestion des demandes de commandites affaires, en faisant des recommandations, selon le budget établi, et en assurant les suivis auprès des divers organismes.- Participer au développement de l’innovation et des meilleures pratiques en matière de communication et d’événements en établissant des relations avec des partenaires externes et autres organisations.- Gérer les budgets de sa direction.- Appuyer la vice-présidence Distribution lors d’événements externes (kiosque, commande d’objets promotionnels, etc.).- Mettre en place des pratiques de gestion et de communication favorisant la gestion du changement, l'attraction et la rétention des talents, le développement des compétences, la mobilisation et la diversité, et ce, en cohérence avec les valeurs de l'entreprise;- Assumer tout autre responsabilité connexe ou tout autre responsabilité à la demande de son gestionnaire immédiat.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Détenir un baccalauréat en communication ou toute autre discipline pertinente aux fonctions et exigences de ce poste.- Posséder un minimum de dix (10) ans d’expérience pertinente en communication ou dans une discipline connexe dont cinq (5) années dans le domaine de l’assurance et/ou des services financiers.- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience en gestion.- Avoir une connaissance pointue des tendances technologiques en matière de communication, WEB, multimédias, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat Professionnel, etc.- Être bilingue, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.- Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes pour les communications écrites et verbales- Faire preuve de créativité, d’esprit d’initiative et aimer travailler en équipe.- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément, de bien gérer son stress tout en livrant ses mandats à l’intérieur de délais prescrits.
