Role Overview:

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, tools & materials) from start to finish for daily operation.
- Supervise the work of laborers & subtrades, providing guidance when needed.
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Assist in adherence to all health and safety standards, report issues.
- Lead projects relating to your expertise as set out by the Site Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Carpentry experience an asset
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Extensive time spent on active construction sites
- Experience in leading and supervising a group considered an asset
- Extensive time spent on active construction sites (multi-unit/wood frame an asset)
- Equipment operation experience an asset (Skid-Steer, Excavator, Zoom Boom)
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid First Aid Certification considered an asset

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday (40hrs/week)
