**Responsabilités principales**:

- Surveiller et inspecter les processus de production pour garantir leur conformité aux normes de qualité.
- Effectuer des audits réguliers et des contrôles de qualité (consiste de travail physique) pour identifier les écarts et collaborer avec l'équipe pour mettre en place des actions correctives.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et les différents départements pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité et de la qualité des produits.
- Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les opérations globales de fabrication.
- Soutenir les programmes de formation des employés sur les procédures de contrôle de qualité et les meilleures pratiques.
- Documenter et signaler les constats, problèmes et opportunités d'amélioration.
- Assurer un environnement de travail sûr, propre et organisé, conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience préalable dans un environnement de fabrication, idéalement dans un rôle de contrôle de qualité ou d'amélioration des processus.
- Attention aux détails et fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à collaborer et à communiquer efficacement avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Une connaissance des normes de contrôle de qualité et des méthodologies d'amélioration continue est un atout.
- Attitude positive et forte volonté d'apprendre et de progresser.
- Engagement envers la sécurité, la qualité et l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Compétences organisationnelles solides et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
