**Maintenance Planner - Mechanical**

**Job description**:
**Trident Contracting is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner for the Cold Lake area.**

Open to both employees and sub-contractors**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Review incoming work orders for complete scope.
- Review planned work orders for completeness before sending to schedule.
- Monitor compliance planning backlog and assign priorities.
- Compile and distribute field work packages.
- Develop, own and track planning metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements to work processes.
- Identify resources required for all related scopes including parts, labor, equipment, materials, specialty tools, procedures, critical lifts, documents and specialty contract services.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Effectively interacts with multiple work groups and diverse individuals to achieve goals.
- Current, valid Class 5 driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3 years + Maintenance planning and/or Turnaround planning.
- Proficiency in using Maximo or SAP, Prometheus, and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Education**:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid Alberta Journeyman Certificate, or Interprovincial Journeyman Certification, in a relevant craft, is required.

Schedule:

- 9/80 Shift (Alternative Fridays off, Overtime potentially required)

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
