**Qualifications**: Applicants must have Grade 12 or equivalent and a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisor position. Extensive manufacturing experience will be considered an asset. Applicants must be able to work Monday - Friday 8-10 hour shifts on a rotational basis.
**Skills**: Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate motivate and develop teamwork. Proficient in the use of software; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheet systems.
Salary commensurate with experience. Haley provides a comprehensive flex benefit plan along with company paid pension.
