We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 month contract.

100% Remote Opportunity

**What You'll Do**:
Oversee Recruitment:
Lead new initiatives and develop strategic plans to deliver on 14-day time to hire target and overall business needs

Make data driven decisions based on weekly, monthly and annual reporting

Responsible for reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process, including owning established departmental weekly, monthly and annual reports

**Face of the Recruitment Team to the Field**:
Responsible for building trust and rapport with the field though open and honest communication - always ensuring solid lines of communication are established and maintained. Ensure the fields questions are addressed in a timely manner.

**Lead all Communication Initiatives to the Filed**:
Lead all initiates related to issuing newsletters and town halls to the field. Ensure coordination on content with key stakeholders.

**Analysis and Trending**:
Analyze employee performance trends and execute on action items to support overall business success

Ownership of Onboarding/Off-boarding Process:
Ownership of entire end-to-end onboarding/offboarding process, including all policies and procedures related to onboarding and off-boarding

Maintenance of Web Properties and Ownership of Social Media Communications Strategy

Ownership of TMS Careers site

Lead development of social media communications strategy and ensure execution of plan

Collaborate with Loblaw Marketing team, as applicable

Management and oversight of Recruitment Team budget:
**What You'll Need**:
Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field and/or related experience.

1-2 years of experience within a human resources team including experience building recruitment strategies and analyzing KPIs to drive the business forward in a retail environment

Solid excel skills required to analyze data and prepare reports to the business

People management experience a definite asset and must have proven people development skills and the ability to assess talent. Passion & an ability to motivate a team.

Driven by success and challenge & the ability to embody and represent The Mobile Shop brand

Ability to work independently as well as develop and maintain strong relationships. Exceptional communication skills, including clear, concise and creative writing skills

High level of integrity, trust and professionalism. Organized and quick thinking.
