**Job Title**: Transaction Management/Client Care Manager
**Job Overview**:
- (A real estate license is not required but would be considered an asset.)_
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing real estate listings and property presentations.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage and maintain an organized database of properties, clients, and leads.
- Coordinate and execute mail-outs, door hanger deliveries, and client event organization.
- Assist in creating team systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Organize and maintain keybox inventory, sign installation, and removal.
- Prepare client gifts.
- Assist in CRM management and ensure data is accurately maintained.
- Prepare support documents for the team.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for local errands.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency CRM systems.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to take initiative in improving processes.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with real estate management tools and software is an asset.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
