**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including budget tracking and cost analysis.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret building plans, specifications, and municipal permitting requirements.
- Conduct plan take-offs and utilize quoting software to prepare accurate project estimates.
- Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide weekly project updates to clients, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Act as a point of contact for site superintendents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout all project phases.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle in good condition for site visits and project coordination purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in project coordination or related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial management principles and budget tracking.
- Knowledge of trade coordination processes and construction industry practices.
- Proactive approach to project management, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications.
- Experience working with municipal permitting processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with plan take-offs and quoting software is an asset.
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel as required for project coordination activities.
