Franchise Capture Supervisor

This encompasses all our amazing games and experiences, including The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, Battlefield 2042, and It Takes Two. The Capture Supervisor will be responsible for managing and mentoring best in class game capture artists to build genre leading marketing and social assets. This role will be responsible for mentoring and directing a team of capture specialists responsible for building screens through the game engine across multiple assets. This role works directly with Sr Creative, Production and Dev partners to direct creative decisions that will ensure capture can be delivered on time and to quality. This role is solutions oriented and able to creatively solve workflow problems from conception through completion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily stand ups with the Capture team and Partners to ensure work is on track
- Quickly able to identify roadblocks and find creative solutions to avoid lost production days
- Works directly with Creative/Strategy/Production & Dev partners to ensure features are capture ready across multiple projects/franchises
- Oversees the work of multiple capture specialists, providing mentorship and helpful tips on ways to capture more efficiently while raising the bar of what good looks like
**Qualifications**:
- Brings a passion to work that inspires the team to generate genre leading content
- Quickly adapts to work across multiple assets, easily shifting from one project to another to ensure the capture team is working efficiently
- Expert knowledge in the sport of FIFA/Soccer as well as the EASFC Franchise
- Passion and experience in content creation for video games.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to meet responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Team first mentality with the ability to mentor a group of capture artists to hit daily goals.
- Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects
- Ability to manage numerous projects across multiple franchises
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a must
- Ability to give clear and concise expectations on multiple projects timelines
- Proficient in Mobile/PC use and current generation video game consoles
- Passion for working in the gaming industry
- Keen Knowledge of the video game industry and how games are marketed to consumers
- Degree in Film, Art, Design, or related field is a plus but not required
- Creating content for video game social and marketing assets a plus
