**Position Overview**:
As a Builder Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations on-site. You will be responsible for escorting trades to various suites, monitoring progress, and ensuring all work meets the builder's expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Escort trades to assigned suites and provide access for their work.
- Stay in suites while trades complete their tasks to ensure all work is done safely and efficiently.
- Verify that tasks align with daily work orders and meet builder standards.
- Take detailed notes on incomplete work or tasks that need to be rescheduled.
- Ensure all suites are securely locked upon exit (never left unattended or unlocked).
- Provide daily reports to the customer care office, summarizing the work completed in each suite.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education.
- Reliable transportation to the Vaughan site.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in growing within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of new-build construction (an asset but not required).
