Seeking Full-time Position ASAP At one of our medical Clinics for medical Office Admins or Medical Lab Techs

EXPERIENCE AN ASSET

**On Site Training will be provided Telus PS Suite EMR ( Medical Software ) Experience is preferred but not required **

Position Available : ASAP

On Site Training will be provided

Hours : vary due to scheduling 25-35 hours

Must Be able to work until at least 5pm Monday through Friday

Clinic Location: Caledonia Mediplex 370 Argyle St South, caledonia On Training will be provided at our Hamilton Office Location on Nebo rd ( 260 Nebo Rd Hamilton On L8K 3K5

Duties : Answering Telephones, Booking patient appointments, OHIP Billing, Venipuncture, Assisting the Dr with Paps/swabs etc, Scanning Patient documents into charts, Callbacks for patients to Return for results, Referral processing and follow-up

Must be willing to take Venipuncture course if not trained in Phlebotomy ( Course cost will be the responsibility of applicant and information for course will be provided by us )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledonia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: One location
