**Job description**

First Service Residential is currently seeking an internal motivated Community Support Services Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Community Support Services, the Community Support Services Administrator provides exceptional customer service to our condominium corporations and suppliers while assisting the Community Managers with the day-to-day management of a condominium property portfolio. We are offering this position salary wage at 40K-42K per level of qualified experience you bring.

**Responsibilities (include but is not limited to)**:

- Act as a liaison, maintaining excellent relations with the Board of Directors, condominium owners, developers and trades professionals;
- Able to handle stress and high request volume.
- Ability to prioritize high ticket volume and meet Service Level Agreements
- Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner;
- Partner closely with Community Managers to foster open communication regarding all activities related to their portfolios;
- Provide full administrative support. For example; prepare professional correspondence, documents and invoices; prepare meeting agenda; filing and record keeping;
- Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, managing inbound and outbound mail;
- Responding to requests within 24 hours, in regards to move in/outs and sending confirmations once the move has been completed;

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role;
- Positive and energetic outlook;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Very detailed individual capable of managing several tasks;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software programs;
- Prior knowledge of condominiums, property management or real estate would be an asset, but not required.
- Words Per Minute - 80+
