- Implementing end-to-end solutions in SF Employee Central with Benefits
- Providing expertise in Core HR processes
- Collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional service
- Traveling to client sites within Canada as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Certification in Employee Central
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP, including EC and HCM
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules preferred
