**IT Support Technician**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide IT support for branch integration.
- Advise employees on appropriate action in using organizational software.
- Tracking and documentation support requests for future troubleshooting and trend analysis.
- Assist with configuration and deployment of all IT hardware, including remote branch offices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of help desk I/T experience (preferred).
- Experience with Server farm configuration and maintenance an asset.
- Experience with firewall configuration, cyber security testing and defense skills an asset.
- Scripting experience is required
