**Job Type**:Full-time

**Requirements**:

- Must be reliable, punctual, and organized
- Good communication skills
- Able to use hand tools and power tools with confidence and safely
- Capable of safely lifting up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable with heights and using ladders and scaffolding
- Drivers license with clean abstract
- Able to follow direction and work well with team members
- At least 5yrs experience installing windows, doors and siding
- Ability to problem solve and direct team members as a lead installer

**Assets for position**:

- Carpentry experience (framing and finishing work)
- Your own basic tools (tool belt, hammer, measuring tape etc...)
- The ability to diagnose and resolve complex installation issues
- Bondable
- Whimis, Fall arrest and First aid preferred

Wage will be hourly and range depending on skill level and experience. Full time position to include benefits package. No winter lay offs year round work. must be able to produce installations to a high standard. Company work truck and main tools provided.
