Covia is looking for a **Customer Service Representative -Part time** who will have a positive impact on the Nepheline Syenite Operation located at the **Blue Mountain** facility.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to process all orders efficiently, accurately, including special instructions and aligned with policies and procedures and advise customers of any changes or impact on the customers’ expectations.

**The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities**:

- Work in a dynamic team to ensure that all orders are coordinated and delivered based on customer expectations.
- Order entry, confirmation and verification for all customer orders into IFS including managing changes as required.
- Utilize existing ERP system (IFS) to receive all corporate entered domestic orders. Work with Sales Support/Account Managers if orders have not been entered correctly. Maintain neat and orderly filing system for paperwork associated with the orders.
- Coordinate carrier confirmation for Export Container Loads, including managing paperwork associated with the orders.
- Provide ready times for bagged loads to Shipping Supervisor on a regular basis
- Other general filing including archive filing and all other duties as assigned.

**The successful incumbent will have the following Minimum Qualifications**:

- Associates Degree in Business or related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in administrative services.
- Proficient in MS Products.
- Ability to learn ERP Databases, particularly order processing and invoicing.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate within and outside the department.
- Professional telephone etiquette and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience contributing within a team of professionals to deliver set targets.
