**What will you be doing as a customer Experience Specialist?**
- Greet clients, answer calls, and process sales
- Assist with boat drop-off/pick-up and invoicing
- Coordinate service appointments and technician tasks
- Provide phone troubleshooting and maximize sales
- Conduct customer orientations and follow-up programs
- Handle parts inquiries and sales
- Organize store display and process shipments
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
- Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks
- Participate in inventory counts and training
- Assist with yard cleanup

**What are we looking for in a Customer Experience Specialist?**
- Genuine and Positive Communicator, creating memorable customer experiences with positive language and genuine interactions.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities, assisting service clients with troubleshooting over the phone and efficiently scheduling service appointments as needed.
- Outstanding Collaboration Skills, working seamlessly with teams to prioritize and solve customer issues, saving time and effort through effective teamwork.
- Adaptability to New Technology and Processes, thriving in environments with evolving technology and processes.
- Experience in a Similar Role, demonstrating a proven track record in customer service or related field.

**Salary**:
$20 - $23 Hourly based on experience
