To do this, LFL Digital is looking for a DevOps release coordinator.

**KEY OBJECTIVE**:
The Release Coordinator will be working closely with Quality Assurance, Development, Project Management and Database teams in creating builds/executables, building smoke tests, deploying new builds to test and production environments, performing code reviews, creating/maintaining thorough deployment and environment documentation, and troubleshooting release related issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the end-to-end release and support management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and management of releases across multiple banners.
- Design and develop tools and services to streamline release management and deployment processes.
- Perform code reviews to ensure best practices are maintained and code is optimized for peak performance.
- Improve the software development processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments.
- Define and enforce proper versioning of technical work and releases.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**
- Experience in a multi-platform environment.
- Experience with Atlassian software development and management tools.
- Hands-on experience with release and support management and building of complex software systems.
- General knowledge of every aspect of the software development and release process, as well as source control change management, dependency management, continuous integration and deployment, and automation.
- Knowledge of performance management tools (e.g. New Relic, AppDynamics)
- Maintain documentation of non-production and production environments
- Experience with the azure cloud services such as virtual machines, CI/CD deployment, app services, storage solutions and services

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 or more years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Proven experience with theme building and deployment on Shopify.

**NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Requires in office presence at Leon’s Home Office in Toronto, Ontario
- Must be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high quality work
- Maintains excellent communication of project updates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and professional
