**Resident Building Manager (Victoria)**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to tenant inquiries to provide exceptional customer service; confidently managing tenant relationships.
- Supervises the building, including common areas, to ensure security and safety of all tenants, employees and vendors visiting the property.
- Manage the rental process for tenants including all required paperwork for the rental of suites, parking and / or storage lockers.
- Help facilitate credit and reference checks for prospective tenants, this will be done by Richmond Properties Ltd.
- Create move-in and move-out reports for each tenant. Assisting with move-in and move-out processes, including cleaning and preparing units for new tenants.
- Identify, coordinate repairs and maintenance of properties such as re-lamping, resetting breakers, replacing broken fixtures, and adjustments of lighting control schedules to meet building and occupant requirements.
- Repair and maintenance of plumbing fixtures including faucets, flush valves, and related hardware.
- Repair and maintenance of common area equipment (e.g., painting, spot carpet cleaning, replacing ceiling tiles, repairs of door hardware, closers, locks, appliances, etc.).
- Manage all building maintenance and cleaning requirements to the highest standards. This includes cleaning all common areas, sweeping exterior walkways, snow removal of walkways, supervising contractors and logging work performed, and conducting minor repairs as necessary.
- Conduct building inspections regularly and make recommendations to Property Manager for preventative maintenance or needs for any major repairs.
- Conducting regular inspections of the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks that require specialized skills.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the property manager or building owner.

Pay: From $33,600.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-15
