We are a busy professional couple running a small family-based daycare. We need you, an experienced and dedicated educator, to help us create a stimulating and secure environment for our little explorers. With us, every day is an adventure where learning happens through play

- **Group Management**: You can independently manage a group of 6 children aged 12 to 24 months for 8 hours.
- **Specialization in 1-2 Year Olds**: Expertise in supporting toddlers.

**Language Skills**
- **Bilingual**: Proficiency in English is mandatory, and French is an asset.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: College diploma (DEC) or equivalent (AEC) in specialized education or early childhood education.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 12 months of working experience in a daycare in Quebec.
- **Certifications**:

- Valid proof of absence of criminal record.
- Valid first aid certification in early childhood care.

- **Maintaining a Safe Environment**: Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, safety, and well-being of the children.
- **Assessing Children’s Abilities and Needs**: Evaluate the children’s abilities, interests, and needs, and discuss their progress or problems.
- **Guiding Children’s Habits**: Help children develop good habits for meals, toileting, and dressing.
- **Tracking and Support**: Keep the children's records up to date and support families according to their needs.
- **Absence Verification**: Ensure absences are verified and documented in relation to the job.
