**About the team**

SAP’s Industry Cloud Program Team is focused on delivering value to the Customers through cutting edge Business Applications, you’ll be joining our Reference Management Team tasked with articulating business value our customers achieve from using our solutions across a wide portfolio spanning 25 Industries.

**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Reference Manager

Location: Remote / Virtual-Canada

Expected Start Date: February 2023

Contract Duration: 4 months; 40 hours per week
- Work with cross-functional teams and diverse roles, to facilitate completion of various documentation backlog items such as References and Win Stories through their lifecycle
- You’ll act as a catalyst to help promote our defined processes and policies within our ecosystem for standardization and quality improvement
- Support change management activities for documentation workloads such as reviews, quality assurance, publishing, meta and master data maintenance in various tools
- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members
- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures
- Ensures proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives
- Balance the trade-off of the triple
- constraint (time, cost, and scope) to realize the expected business value
- Bring your creativity and ideas to our best practices exchange, community calls to drive continuous improvement together with the team
- Support in performing business analytics in excel and BI tools for our strategic objectives

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Background in - Bachelors or Masters in English Literature, Economics, Humanities, Science or Engineering
- Possess an excellent written knowledge of English with outstanding vocabulary
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to comprehend complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
- Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience creating social media and multimedia assets (for example: technical blogs, concept videos, or technical e-learning materials) is an added advantage
- Must have skills - Advanced PowerPoint and Excel, Excel automation using VBA (Desired), Creating Pivot Charts & Analyses, MS office & SharePoint tools
- Nice to have working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, Python programming for data processing/automation & Building Applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Willingness to acquire and learn new skills, training will be provided
- Industry certifications in project management such as CAPM or PMP is an asset
