Position overview
The Account Associate uses sales expertise to sell the Company’s services over the phone or in person. This position finds out what our customers need, and suggests services that will address those needs. The Account Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on behalf of the Company. They act as the point of contact for their clients and always strive to provide the client with services that best fit their individual needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales - 50%
- Cold-calling potential customers and prospecting new accounts.
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Proposes effective solutions to clients’ problems.
- Upsells or cross-sell where appropriate.
- Achieves sales targets within schedule.
- Contributes to proposals outlining company profile and service overview.
- Produces contracts with accuracy and attempts to resolve standard clause issues before escalation.
- Contributes ideas to prospecting of new clients by staying informed of current events and trends.

Account Management - 50%
- Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Supplies management with feedback on customer behavior, needs, interests, and problems.
- Proactively maintains client relationships by updating them on new products, services, or marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with other departments to fulfill client needs and reach prospective clients.
- Attempts to resolve client complaints before escalating.
- Continually develops knowledge of Company services.
- Services multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
- Focuses on improving the buyer experience.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance client’s dedication.
- Maintains client records in Company drives and CRM following Company sales process.

- Contribue à la prospection de nouveaux clients en se tenant informé des événements et des tendances actuels.

Gestion des comptes - 50%
- Établit avec les clients des relations fondées sur la confiance et le respect.
- Fournit à la direction un retour d'information sur le comportement, les besoins, les intérêts et les problèmes des clients.
- Entretient de manière proactive les relations avec les clients en les informant sur les nouveaux produits, services ou initiatives de marketing.
- Collabore avec d'autres services pour répondre aux besoins des clients et atteindre les clients potentiels.
- Tente de résoudre les plaintes des clients avant de les transmettre à un échelon supérieur.
