- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the workplace to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Design and execute programs aimed at improving employee engagement. Regularly assess employee satisfaction and work with management to develop initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
- Provide support to supervisors in managing employee performance and offer guidance on creating effective development plans including tools.
- Create and refine HR tools and resources to improve HR services. Ensure that all HR processes are streamlined and effectively support the organization’s goals.
- Offer professional advice and coaching to clients and their employees at all levels. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and provide support in personal and professional development.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Organize and facilitate HR workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a professional certification in HR.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an HR department
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Thorough understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact.

**What We Offer**:

- Annual Salary $70,000 to $78,000 depending on experience.
