**The Opportunity**
As the **Digital Merchandising/Marketing Coordinator**, you will be responsible for the assistance and guidance of your fellow department team members and leads with planning and executing 360 digital plans - from inventory operations to on-site experience & CRM.
Working closely alongside other departments including Social, Customer Service, Operations, and Creative, you will ensure timelines are met on deliverables and process-related items are actioned accordingly.

**This position is a 1 year maternity leave contract with 4 days a week (Mon-Thu) on-site at 274 Edgeley Blvd.**
**The Objectives of this Role**
- Collaborate with inventory/forecasting team and local/global warehouses to monitor inventory levels, sell-through and key promotional SKUs and prompt digital strategy teams for any pivots accordingly.
- In-app & integration reporting, support and troubleshooting (ex, Bazaar Voice, Shopify apps, etc.).
- Setting up discounts, cart rules & managing collection pages to support the digital promotional calendar
- Partner with Customer Service to troubleshoot, streamline solutions and create superior customer experiences.
- Update and maintain pages, product catalogues, and other requests within Shopify.
- Execute Klayvio and Attentive campaigns, customer flows, and ad hoc digital marketing activations
- Leverage insights and learnings from CRM platforms to draft impactful CRM campaign ad copy
**Who You Are**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 1 year of E-commerce, DTC Account Management, or related experience, preferably in beauty/fashion industries. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Data-driven with experience developing sales-driving and inspiring online shopping experiences.
- Preference for technical knowledge of platforms such as Shopify Plus.
**Required Skills**:
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful, with strong time management and multitasking proactive abilities.
- Results driven problem-solver, able to work in a start-up environment with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with a cross-functional team
- Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Shopify Plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or UX/UI is a plus
