**Position**:VIP Sports Specialist**

**Reports to: Manager, VIP Sports**

**Location: Remote**

**The Opportunity**

The VIP Sports Specialist will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Sports team, travel bookings, ensuring various clerical, accounting, customer service and travel reservations functions are maintained.

**How you will be spending your time**
- Confirm and input and or modify payments and invoices in ClientLinq
- Ensure all Net Back-ups are entered into ClientLinq
- Investigate and resolve all files returned with price and or credit card discrepancies, making corrections as required.
- Transcribing data into a computer program. Accuracy is very important
- Air/hotel/car and Package reservations.
- Invoice and Bill corporate accounts according to specifications.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful**
- Communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Superior writing ability
- Advanced Level Sabre knowledge required.
- Advanced Knowledge of GBO required.
- TICO certified
- 2 years Travel related experience required
- Completion of relevant college or university degree (Travel and Tourism, Marketing)

Le spécialiste des sports VIP sera chargé de fournir un soutien et une assistance à l'équipe sportive, aux réservations de voyages, en veillant au maintien des diverses fonctions de bureau, de comptabilité, de service à la clientèle et de réservation de voyages.

**Comment vous passerez votre temps**
- Confirmer et saisir et/ou modifier les paiements et les factures dans ClientLinq
- Assurez-vous que toutes les sauvegardes Net sont saisies dans ClientLinq.
- Enquêter et résoudre tous les fichiers retournés avec des écarts de prix et/ou de carte de crédit, en apportant les corrections nécessaires.
- Transcrire des données dans un programme informatique. La précision est très importante
- Répondre à toutes les demandes entrantes par téléphone et par courrier électronique, garantissant un haut niveau de service client.
- Effectuer le suivi des clients par courrier électronique ou par téléphone concernant l'état du compte et les paiements.
- Réservations d'avion/hôtel/voiture et forfaits.
- Facturer et facturer les comptes corporatifs selon les spécifications.
- Autres tâches assignées par la direction.

- Compétences en communication en anglais (le français est un atout)

- Capacité d'écriture supérieure
- Connaissance avancée du sabre requise.
- Connaissance avancée de GBO requise.
- Certifié TICO
- 2 ans d'expérience liée aux voyages requis
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire pertinent (voyages et tourisme, marketing)
