What will your typical day look like? In this role, you will: Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation that meet DTS standards. Monitor infrastructure, systems, and service while also ensuring all the tickets in ServiceNow are promptly acknowledged. Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
