**Duties**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and field staff
- Coordinate with clients to reschedule appointments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client/Staff inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client/Staff information
- Utilize computerized scheduling software to manage the appointment calendar
- Proofread Emalis and correspondence for accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to managment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computerized scheduling software (e.g., office 365, Alaya care, Procura )
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
