Front Desk Agents Needed/ Reception

Fuller Lake Motel is looking for a front desk agent who is good with people and enjoys learning about the local area and events taking place here in Chemainus

Our front desk agents take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area, our front desk agents make transactions feel like part of the experience. No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding standards and quality, and communications are professional and authentic. Front desk agents will answer calls and inquiries, take bookings, and assist with checking guests in. The front desk agent will be responsible for receiving guests’ payments and for balancing the accounts at the end of each day.

Requirements/Skills:

- Customer service experience is required.
- 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in assisting management.
- Microsoft word and excel experience.
- Team player.
- Must be flexible with availability.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $18.25 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:
