**OFFICE RESERVATION/STORE CLERK-2023**

This position is a combination working in both areas and includes day/evening and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good communication, customer service & organizational skills
- Excellent Computer skills: Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook along with Reservation system (training provided)
- Bondable & willing to obtain a Criminal Record check
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to deal with difficult customer situations and challenges that may arise in a courteous manner.

DUTIES:

- POS system with Interact machine
- General sales & handling cash, daily balancing of records
- Providing visitor information in person and answering the phone
- Store Clerk Duties
- General cleaning/sanitizing of work areas
- Store: Monitoring mini golf area, using leaf blower to clear greens
- Lift 25lbs
- End of Day reports, financial reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 1-2 months
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chemainus, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Front desk/reservations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
